Policy Overview

At Home Office Wellness, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. We carefully select premium products and work with trusted domestic suppliers to provide quality solutions for your workspace. If an item does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as straightforward and transparent as possible.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. All accessories, manuals, components, and included materials must be returned with the product.

Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing components, or altered packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests received after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for return or exchange approval.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns requested due to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For convenience, Home Office Wellness can provide a prepaid return shipping label when available. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If the return is the result of a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team through our website at www.homeofficewellness.com.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return authorization instructions and any applicable shipping documentation. Please do not return products without receiving return authorization, as this may delay processing.

To help expedite your request, please include your order number, product information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.

For freight-delivered items, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

For small parcel shipments delivered by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, damage or defect claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

When reporting damage, please provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping labels whenever possible. This helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange replacement, exchange, repair assistance when applicable, or a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the standard return process after delivery.

Refund Processing Time

After a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may require additional time to appear depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges will be refunded when a return is approved.

Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns

If we shipped the wrong item, the product arrived defective, or the shipment was damaged in transit, Home Office Wellness will cover all associated return and replacement shipping costs.

For customer-initiated returns unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges Process

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team within the 30-day return window.

Approved exchanges require the original product to be returned in eligible condition before the replacement item is shipped. Customers are responsible for both return shipping costs and the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.
