Shipping Coverage Area
Home Office Wellness currently ships to customers within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your purchase request. This email serves as acknowledgment that your order has been successfully submitted and is being prepared for processing.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, inventory confirmation, coordination with our supplier network, and preparation for shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
In the event that an item becomes temporarily unavailable or requires additional lead time, our team will contact you promptly with updated information and available options.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information when available. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress from departure through delivery.
For larger products that ship via freight carriers, additional delivery coordination may be required. In these cases, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
